Here is a great podcast from Brandon Lee, founder of Funnel Amplified. Brandon is a quality thought leader on developing a social-driven sales and engagement model (as opposed to "social selling"). When I spoke to Brandon, he talked about giving voice to individual salespeople, rather than sellers being given what amounts to a set of instructions.
